We are building the Cruise Retail "Dream Team" step by step!

When I came up with the idea of the Cruise Retail Academy, I always had an idea that we could build a "dream team" of passionate, expert cruise retailers to support the professionals embarking into our industry.

And yesterday, that idea started to become reality, as I officially welcomed our first employee officially into the Academy, Robi.

This is a really important and exciting step for me, as it confirms that we can now start to build the business strongly and start to really get momentum behind our vision... to find, support and mentor the best talent in our industry.

There will be further opportunities in the coming months to come and join our Academy team, as we start to put resource into the different functions that are needed to help us to bring the cruise retail "dream team" to reality! So keep your eyes peeled to our blogs and email newsletters.
