Prior to joining the industry, Isabela worked as a Regional Corporate Event Manager, where she coordinated internal conferences, training sessions, corporate events, and team-building programmes.

Academically, Isabela holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication, foundations that sharpen her strategic thinking, brand awareness, and leadership style.
