Stephen has spent over a decade working in international cruise environments, transforming guest interactions into memorable retail experiences. He is known for calm authority, strong team leadership, and exceptional guest service.
As a Manager, Stephen has led onboard teams, managed inventory and merchandising, and ensured operational excellence while maintaining high safety and service standards.
