Happy to share that I've successfully completed the CRUISE RETAIL DIPLOMA – LEADERSHIP LEVEL (Level 2)!
This journey has been a deep dive into the skills that truly matter in cruise retail leadership: self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, critical thinking, building a personal brand, and goal setting.
What struck me most? The reminder that success in this industry isn't only about technical skills—it's about behavioural development and how we show up for our teams every day.
