Update from NCL JOY
Hello my beautiful family. Nicole is in the house. I wanted to check in and share a bit about my experience so far on the NCL JOY. I embarked on the ship on August 22 and it’s been an intense few days filled with training and work! I think I have lost 10 lbs.
Guys the training I received with Cruise Retail academy has proven to be incredibly valuable. It feels like it has set me up perfectly to hit the ground running. I am actually using the information in my every day work. So ppl
If you havent done go do it.
My Dufry team members are fantastic—they're like family to me, and it’s wonderful to feel so connected; it’s as if we grew up together! I am just here for 3 days lol. The ship is BIG and confusing however I have met an awesome Jamaican lady who happens to be my roommate and she works for Dufry and she is showing me the ropes.
I am cheering for all those are waiting to start their journeys. Keep the faith!
It’s an exciting and amazing experience! A big shoutout to the Cruise Retail Academy for all of their support as always ! I am shouting loud , on the top of my voice , so I hope u can hear me.
