I just finished and now certified in two courses which are Communication skils and, Mental wellbeing and Resilliance at sea. To my surprise I thought life at sea is just like a walk in the park or being at honeymoon through out the course of cruising (4-6 Months) but instead one has to be mentally prepared for a different lifestyle which is far different to the life at home and that can be mentally, socially challenging.
I can simply say I am now prepared to board, these courses are really helpful and I am about to take the next course.
