I’ve just completed Learning about the cruise industry, and I found it incredibly insightful. I especially appreciate how well-structured and easy it is to navigate — the content is clear, practical, and very easy to understand.
The module has given me valuable insight into what to expect in a cruise retail environment, particularly around onboard lifestyle, professionalism, and guest service standards. It has also boosted my confidence and helped me better understand the expectations required to succeed in cruise retail.
I’m really looking forward to applying these learnings as I continue through the program.
