I completed Cruise Ship Jargon Buster!. I now understand key terms like guests, deck,dock, port, starboard, bow, embarkation and many more.This knowledge built my confidence and improved my industry language. I’m eager to gain live experience aboard a cruise ship and apply what I’ve learnt in a real onboard retail setting.
