From the boutique floor to the high seas — meet Grace.

Since 2023, Grace has been building her retail career on land. She always wanted more: a job that combined her love of people with her love of travel.

A few months ago, she took the leap and joined us at sea.

The first weeks weren't easy — seasickness, a completely new routine, 1,500 new colleagues. But she found her feet fast, and when an allergy meant a change of department, she turned it into an opportunity — now thriving selling pre-loved bags, Majorica, Swarovski, DPT jewellery and sunglasses.

In her own words:
