I’ve completed the full Cruise Retail Diploma, earning over 30 specialized badges in guest service, luxury, industry knowledge, personal branding, communication, and high-performance sales.
I’ve invested over 1,000 hours in rigorous business study with Saylor Academy, completing high-ranking courses such as Financial Management, Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business Intelligence, and Strategic Negotiations. This has equipped me with a strong business mindset and the ability to understand customer behavior, drive sales, and contribute meaningfully to team success.
I’ve also earned Diplomas in Customer Service, Hotel Management, and Event Management through Oxford Home Study College, strengthening my expertise in hospitality, operations, and guest engagement.
On the safety side, I am fully certified in Basic Life Support , Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Blood Borne Life Support through Advanced Medical Certifications and CME University, alongside maritime personal safety training.
