Oohhh child!! The introspection I had to go through… let’s just say I’m happy I did this.

It forced me stop and think about myself in a way I hadn’t before. I honestly believe it’s going to help me become a better communicator, not just at work, but in my everyday life with family, friends, and anyone I come into contact with.

One thing that really stood out to me is how much self-awareness affects the way people see us. Sometimes we don’t even realize how our words, tone, or actions come across to others. We may have good intentions, but if we’re not aware of how we affect the people around us, we can easily send the wrong message.

This part of the course reminded me that learning about yourself is just as important as learning any other skill. The more self-aware we become, the better we can communicate, build stronger relationships, and grow as individuals. That was a really valuable takeaway for me.
