Happy to share I completed a course in learning about cruise retail, I must admit the insight I have gained is really appreciating, I have been working on the cruise in front office and guest relations and most of the times communicate with the shops o board, I have really got a deeper understanding into their operations and how to co-exist with each department to drive and boost revenue and achieving KPIs and NPS.
