With a background in restaurant and bar management, Dylan brings over six years of leadership experience from top venues like San Miguel Spur Steak Ranch and Bossa Sunningdale in Cape Town. Known for his ability to lead teams, maintain cost efficiency, and deliver warm, high-energy guest experiences, Dylan’s transition from hospitality to cruise retail feels like a natural next step.


His leadership style blends discipline with empathy — he’s managed teams of up to 12 bartenders, increased annual revenues by 50%, and earned recognition for outstanding customer service and operational results. Beyond the numbers, Dylan is driven by connection: understanding guests, inspiring teams, and creating memorable moments wherever he goes.
