Bibi’s career spans continents and industries — from founding her own language centre in Colombia, to serving as a Youth & Teen Counsellor with a leading Cruise Line, to leading learning & development programs across China. A natural communicator fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (with a dash of Chinese and French), Bibi has a unique gift for connecting with people from all walks of life.
Since joining the cruise retail world, Bibi’s adaptability and guest-first mindset have shone brightly. She’s already impressed the onboard Trainer, who has recommended her for a larger ship where she can unlock even greater earning potential. Her ability to engage guests, build trust, and deliver exceptional service has made her a valued presence onboard.
