I'm thrilled to share with you my experience completing the Cruise Retail Academy diploma. This diploma has equiped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the cruise retail industry.
Some of the highlights of the course include the introduction to cruise retail , selling and service , luxury retail, life onboard and personal development.
Through this diploma, i have gained a deep understanding on the cruise retail industry, _ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and practical skills in retail management and customer service. This diploma has opened various career opportunities for me in the cruise retail industry including sales representative and customer service specialist.
