How You'll Create Great Guest Experiences:
​
  • Supporting your management team in leading a team of shoppies and specialists to create a wonderful guest experience and amazing entertainment.
  • Collaborating with cruise line partners and onboard teams to create magical events.

What Experience We're Seeking:
 
  • Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals looking to enhance their careers and inspire others.
  • Strong experience working as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in management on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can motivate a team of shoppies and specialists, you're already ahead.

What You Can Expect:

  • Contract-based role, with opportunities to work and live at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with breaks between contracts.
