WE ARE 10,000 MEMBERS!

An amazing milestone reached today in our epic journey in building the Cruise Retail Academy from nothing to something uniquely special in our industry.

Masana from South Africa became the 10,000th member of our fast growing community.

Myself and Robi started the Academy with the core value of being the Shoppies Champion and providing an amazing supportive resource to help people get ready for life onboard in a truly dynamic, supportive and consistent way. We know that the traditional leap to ship life is so tough with 'first timers' really having such an overwhelming challenge that many don't succeed, so we decided to do something about it.

From building over 50 free training courses with over 12,000 certificates issued, creating active support groups, hosting informative webinars, providing weekly industry updates and ensuring that we provide a truly human touch to each of our members journey. Finally and most importantly making sure we share their success and support them as we go.

Today, we are trusted by many partners not just in retail, to provide opportunities to 24 different cruise lines, and I feel truly proud of what we have achieved in less than 18 months.

So, thank you to all the members who are trusting us, and thanks also to all our partners who we are committed to supporting as best we can.
