From his years as a Branch Manager at Capitec Bank, leading teams and driving performance, to his role as a Field Processing Supervisor with CWS Africa, overseeing international programs and logistics — Mandla has shown what it means to lead with heart and precision.

Known for his calm confidence and analytical mind, he’s built a career on empowering teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering excellence under pressure. Those same strengths now make him perfectly suited for cruise retail, where leadership meets guest experience in a truly global environment.
