With over two decades of experience, Issa has built his career on connecting with people and creating exceptional guest moments — from his early days in Kenya’s hotel and tourism scene to customer service roles with Emirates Airlines and Deutsche Bahn, and now as a Sales Associate onboard TUI. His fluency in English & German allows him to bridge cultures with ease, while his calm professionalism and charm make every interaction memorable.

Having earned certifications in Customer Service, Health & Leisure, and Aviation Security Management, Issa brings a refined understanding of safety, hospitality, and international guest care — qualities that shine in the fast-paced world of cruise retail.
