🎓🚢 Academy Graduate | Marta’s Next Adventure at Sea Begins

Some people discover life at sea.

Others discover that it’s where they belong.

For Marta, returning onboard represents another exciting chapter in a career built around people, energy, and creating memorable guest experiences.

With extensive experience working at sea across retail, wellness and guest experience, Marta already understands what it takes to succeed in an international onboard environment. She has spent years engaging guests through events, demonstrations and interactive experiences, alongside delivering the kind of personal service that turns an ordinary interaction into a lasting holiday memory.

Experience Meets a New Opportunity

Marta brings something you simply can't teach overnight: personality.

She is naturally outgoing, confident communicating with guests, comfortable engaging groups, and genuinely passionate about creating experiences.

Those qualities, combined with her previous experience at sea, made her an exciting candidate for her next onboard opportunity.

But experience doesn't mean preparation stops.

Through the Cruise Retail Academy and Academy Careers Platform, Marta continued preparing for this next chapter and embraced the opportunity to develop further.

Another Academy Graduate Embarks

Today, we're delighted to celebrate Marta as another Academy Graduate who has officially embarked.

For us, these moments never get old.

Behind every embarkation is an individual who has completed interviews, training, documentation and preparation before finally stepping across that gangway.

Then the real adventure begins.

Why Marta's Story Matters

Marta's journey shows that the Academy isn't only for people considering their first contract.

It's also a place where experienced crew can discover their next opportunity, continue learning and take their onboard careers in new directions.

She already knows the realities of ship life.

Now she gets to take everything she's learned and use it to create her next success story.

Final Thought

Experience opens doors.

Preparation helps you walk through them ready.

Congratulations, Marta. We're delighted to have played a part in your next adventure and can't wait to see what you achieve onboard.
