I’ve just completed the Guest Service / Cruise Retail module, and one of my biggest takeaways is that “People Buy People.”

Great guest service is not only about selling a product; it’s about building trust, connection, product knowledge and a memorable experience for the guest. I also learned more about the different retail categories, onboard retail operations and the career opportunities within the retail team.
