Using our Academy Onboard careers platform, we are focused specifically on placing individuals in the cruise retail / art / photo industry both onboard and on-land. We work with major cruise retail operators to provide opportunities on 24 different cruise lines finding suitable candidates for all onboard retail roles and on-land support roles. Our services are free for employees, and priced at best-in-class levels for employers.
TRAINING
We partner with leading brands to provide an efficient and cost-effective digital training journey into the cruise retail and beverage industry.
Simply put, we are building a 360* industry-wide approach to train the greatest number of cruise professionals on brand knowledge, selling skills and story telling before new employees step onboard for the first time. We are using our E-Academy platform and also partnering with leading online training provider FRNTLNE to train the next generation on brand confidence, in new ways not ever seen in our industry.
