🎯 Another Milestone Completed!
I’m excited to have completed the Goal Setting course with Cruise Retail Academy.
One key lesson that stood out to me is the importance of setting S.M.A.R.T. goals — goals that are:
S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Achievable
R – Relevant
T – Time-bound
Goal setting is not just about having a dream; it’s about creating a clear direction, measuring progress, staying accountable, and taking consistent action.
As I continue preparing for my cruise retail career, I’m learning that success requires more than ambition. It requires preparation, discipline, continuous learning, and clear goals.
