Are you ready to be the face of the retail operation, to be the local onboard 'celebrity', with a commitment to display and deliver genuinee care to both guests and colleagues. You should exhibit excellent public speaking skills together with an enthusiastic attitude building lasting relationships and excitement for different shopping moments. You should be a multitasker and able to smile all day long, greeting, welcoming and getting to know guests whilst remembering the goal of making money. Service natural to you, to connect with everyone and to do so with excellence.
You will be tasked with igniting excitement and brand awareness, a connector of teams and guests while creating lasting memories. You will be running a lot of exciting onboard marketing campaigns and hosting many events!

How You'll Create Magical Experiences Onboard as a Retail Ambassador:

Supporting your fellow shoppies and specialists onboard to create a wonderful guest experience within your designated cruise event plan.

Collaborating with cruise line partners and onboard teams to create magical events that continually brings guests to your stores.
What Experience We're Seeking:

Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals with a passion for public speaking. You should be eager to share your knowledge and create magical experiences onboard.

Positive experience working with guests to create memorable moments on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can deliver outstanding guest experiences and thrive in a team environment, you're already ahead.
What You Can Expect:

Contract-based role, with opportunities to work and live at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with breaks between contracts.
