🎓 A New Milestone in My Cruise Retail Journey
I’m pleased to share that I have successfully completed the Cruise Retail Diploma – Introduction Level (Level 1) with the Cruise Retail Academy.
This has been a valuable learning experience and an important step in expanding my understanding of the cruise retail industry, particularly around onboard revenue operations, guest experience, retail sales, and the unique commercial environment of cruise ships.
With my existing background in tourism, hospitality, business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, and client relationship management, I’m excited to build on this foundation and continue developing my expertise within the global cruise and luxury hospitality sector.
I’m particularly interested in opportunities where I can combine commercial strategy, sales performance, relationship management, and exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences while driving revenue.
A qualification is one milestone, but the real journey is putting the knowledge into practice. 🚢🌍
