I completed Emotional Intelligence tutorial. I was a bit hesitant to undertake this long but very informative module with a misconception that I would probably feel emotionally charged after completing this module, but the opposite is true. Now I am Emotionally aware of myself and the power of mastering EQ at sea. As a novice in this industry, in my own view, Emotional Intelligent is the heart of success not only for leaders, but for shoppies as well.
