I finished CRUISE RETAIL DIPLOMA - LEADERSHIP LEVEL (Level 2)! 🚀. Completing my Cruise Retail Leadership Diploma marks the end of one chapter, yet the beginning of a deeper commitment to growth. This program has expanded my Self-Awareness, revealing both the strengths I can lead with and the areas I must continue to refine. It has strengthened my Communication Skills and Emotional Intelligence, this will enable me to foster a genuine connection with teams and guests alike. This course gave me a great aptitude of Resilience & Accountability, now I am prepared to meet challenges not with hesitation, but with purpose. My capacity for Critical thinking & Decision Making has matured, I now approach complexity with clarity and composure.
