Do you have extensive knowledge of beauty products and a deep understanding of the qualities and characteristics of various skincare and cosmetic ingredients from around the world, including serums, moisturizers, makeup, and fragrances?
Would you love to create magical moments for your guests with your expertise, conducting special beauty events, makeovers, and presentations?
Are you ready to educate and train others in the intricacies of beauty products, the art of skincare and makeup application, and proper beauty techniques, while staying current with the latest trends in the beauty industry?

How You’ll Create Magical Experiences Onboard as a Beauty Specialist:

Support your fellow shoppies and specialists in creating a wonderful guest experience within your perfume boutique.
Collaborate with cruise line partners and onboard teams to orchestrate magical events.

What Experience We’re Looking For:

Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals with a passion for beauty and fragrances. You should be eager to share your knowledge and create magical experiences onboard.
Positive experience working with guests to create memorable moments on land, at sea, or even on the moon. If you deliver great guest experiences and love working in a team, you’re already winning.

What You Can Expect:

Access to the Cruise Retail Academy and brand training.
Competitive salary and generous commission structure.
Accommodation and meals onboard.
Dedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, products, and brands.
Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break between contracts.
Necessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea.
