JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven sales professionals to join one of the largest cruise retailers across the world as an Elite Timepiece Ambassador.

In this role, you will represent leading Swiss watch brands onboard some of the world’s largest and most prestigious cruise ships. You’ll engage with international guests, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Promote and sell luxury Swiss watch brands to cruise ship guests.
     
  • Deliver an elevated client experience through storytelling, brand expertise, and personalized service.
     
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on both individual and team performance.
     
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on brand training.
     
  • Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to boutique presentation.
     
  • Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
     
  • Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
