How You'll Create Great Shoppie Experiences and Great Guest Experiences:

* Leading and supporting a team of shoppies and specialists to create a wonderful guest experience and amazing entertainment.
* Collaborating with cruise line partners and onboard teams to create magical events.

What Experience We're Seeking:

* Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals looking to enhance their careers and inspire others.
* Strong experience working as a manager on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can motivate a team of shoppies and specialists, you're already winning.

What You Can Expect:

* Access to the Cruise Retail Academy.

* Contract-based role, with opportunities to work and live at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with breaks between contracts.
