Across all cruise retail operators and across all ships is the position of the sales associate.  The face of cruise retail, the success of cruise retail and the heart of cruise retail.   Sometimes this role is called shop seller, salesperson or sales assistant.

We are recruiting sales associates for over 20 cruise lines, so there is sure to be a position which suits you!

Required Skills

  • High School graduation certificate.

  • Fluent in English and at least one other major language

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast pace retail / service environment.

  • Previous shipboard retail experience highly preferred.

  • Strong guest service, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of products and inventory techniques.
